PM Skills
Visit live siteContext-dump skill pulls the fragmented work context into one short brief, checks against your goals, and evaluates how you can be more effective.

Insight
PMs are like context routers. Their week is scattered across Slack, calendar, meeting notes, and the team's commits, and reconstructing that context before planning the next week is its own job.
JTBD
Have a weely reflection of my work and get insights on what I should focus on in the upcoming week, where were my blind spots, how I can be more effective.
The User
PMs (or anyone in a similarly context-heavy role) who wants to uplevel their productivity, capcity, and sense of flow.
The Product
One-time onboarding — the first run asks a few questions (channels, calendar, notes folder, repos, goals) to set up the skill. No config file to hand-edit, so there's no setup tax standing between the PM and the first brief.
Pulls the last 7 days into one readable brief — Slack highlights, meeting notes, and GitHub activity (commits, merged PRs, releases) are gathered into a single document. This is what actually saves the time: reconstructing context across four tools is the job the skill takes over.
Time allocation against the LNO framework — Leverage, Neutral, and Overhead percentages, with a verdict line about your effectiveness.
Goal-alignment table — each objective for the week shown against a status tag (on track / heavy / gap), so a stalled or neglected goal is visible at a glance instead of buried in an activity feed.
Recommended actions and "things Claude can help with" — the brief closes with concrete next steps (e.g. "lock a named owner for the blocked POC," "turn the recurring push/pull discussion into one decision doc") and proactively offers to act on patterns it noticed, like consolidating a PRD that's been iterated on four times without landing.
A running quarter memory — every brief prepends to the last, so the file compounds into a running record of the quarter that can be repurposed directly for leadership updates and self-reviews, the "optics" work PMs otherwise have to reconstruct from scratch.
What's different: it isn't a digest or an activity log. This is more like a chief of staff and a coach that gives you a verdict on your effectiveness, hands you next actions, and compounds into a quarter-long memory.
