Insight

Philosophy is in everyday moments. We often rush through our days and go on autopilot without many chances to really think. Why not take the shared moments with our kids as an opportunity to slow down and think, explore the philosophy behind those moments and make it playful while we're at it!

Tech stack:

  • Next.js App Router, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4
  • Static pages via generateStaticParams. Library is /. A card is /c/[id]
  • No backend. Cards are TypeScript.
  • Fraunces for the kernel, Source Serif 4 for the rest
  • CSS rotateY flip. Phone-first PWA, Add to Home Screen, portrait

Cards that represent common everyday moments, with a kid's side that has an interactive play component about the moment, and a "parent side" on the flip with deeper description about the philosophical idea.
