Insight
The biggest friction for me to maintaining a workout routine is the start. Each time having to decide what time to do it, which workout, was a barrier to actually just starting. So having a pre-established plan that puts the exact workout (e.g. my mix of YouTube videos for reformer pilates, Apple Fitness, and a yoga video series) for each day with a streak system could make "starting" much easier.

I need to be able to start a workout instantly without having to make any decisions.

Today: what to do, when ("in 2h" or "now"), and one Start button that opens the exact workout. That's Apple Fitness, a YouTube video, a file on iCloud Drive, or a built-in guided stretch for Sundays. Then tap Done.
6 of 7: 20 minutes a day, six days a week. Every week gets one free day that never breaks your streak, because life happens. Missing a second day resets it.
Intentions: a short line sits above today's workout, picked at random from your own list. Things like "Start where you are."
Plan: change each day's workout, time and links, and drag workouts between days when the week shifts. Every move has an undo.
Progress: current and longest streak, total workouts, the month on a calendar, and a few milestones to look forward to. You can also tap a past day to check it off if you forgot.
Reminders: download an .ics file with a weekly event for each day at your times, so it shows up in your calendar.
